Wisdom From Above

“Do not be wise in your own eyes; Fear the LORD and depart from evil. It will health to your flesh, and strength to your bones.” (NKJV)

Commentary/Meditation

Brethren, our Scripture reading is letting us know that real wisdom is to fear God and depart from evil. The Bible is also telling us that our ability to enjoy divine health is tied to our willingness to obey God’s instructions and laws; so we determine our level of healing and divine health by our obedience to God.
