Delighting in the Lord

“Delight yourself also in the LORD, and He shall give you the desires of your heart. Trust also in Him. and He shall bring it to pass. He shall bring forth your righteousness as the light, and your justice as the noonday.”

Commentary/Meditation

Brethren, when we delight in the Lord, He also delights in us. Just as any obedient child is the delight of his parents, when pleasing Him becomes our top priority, our welfare also becomes His number one priority. So our willingness to please Him is closely tied to His favor and blessings in our lives.
